Meet Dr. Greg
Chiropractic Physician
Dr. Gregory Hoell is a Montana native from the Bozeman area. Greg has two adult children; Madison and Austin, and is also a proud grandfather. Greg and his wife Sheri enjoy spending their time enjoying the great outdoors.

Dr. Greg graduated from Montana State Univeristy in 1988 and graduated from Parker Chiropractic College in 1992. Greg served as president of the Montana State board of examiners and was a member of the board for 6 years. Greg has been practicing in Bozeman and Manhattan for 33 years.

Meet (future) Dr. John
(Future) DC-SRE, Cert DN, FAKTR, SFMA
John Marsh is finishing his internship at Manhattan Back and Neck and is pending his graduation from Northwestern Health Sciences University in October 2025. John was a collegiate wrestler and attended Cornell College where he graduated with a degree in Kinesiology and Management.
John and his wife, Whitney, live in Manhattan, Montana and are expecting their first child in October 2025. John coaches wrestling in the area and is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hunting, fishing, hiking, and skiing.

During chiropractic school, John was a personal trainer and has worked with athletes and patients of all ages. In addition to chiropractic training, John is trained in dry needling, scraping, cupping, movement assessments, exercise prescription, and more.

Chiropractic adjustments
Dry Needling
Our providers are trained in different spinal manipulation techniques including Diversified, Gonstead, Activator, Thompson, and more.
We offer dry needling with or without the use of e-stim. Dry needling uses microfilament needles to help release trigger points around the body.
X-Rays
Scraping/ IASTM
X-rays are conducted at our Bozeman location. Contact us for details.
Scraping involves the use of a metal tool that glides over the skin to help promote bloodlow and healing in underlying muscle tissue.
Sports Physicals
Cupping
We offer sports physcials for athletes participating in school sports.
Cupping involves placing silicone or glass cups over the skin and suctioning the muscle underneath to help promote blood flow and healing to the muscle beneath.
Concussion Baseline Testing
Biomechanical/ Kinesiotaping
We provide baseline consussion testing for patients prior to concussion to record their baseline. In the event a patient has a concussion, we can retest against baseline. We can also test for symptoms in a patient without a baseline.
Taping can help improve stability and provide support to different joints in the body.
We work with many insurance companies and accept out of pocket payments for those without insurance. If you would like to find out if we are in network with your insurance company, please contact our office.
